A member of the Society of Fine Art Auctioneers and a Chartered fine art and antiques surveyor, Julian is the firm’s silver and jewellery valuer and appraiser. After several years with the valuations department at Bonhams in London, he joined the firm as a partner in 1997. He also carries out valuations of a wide range of antiques across the region for sale, insurance and probate purposes at clients homes or at the saleroom by appointment.

In early 2005 we were proud to welcome well known Berwick auctioneer Jack Dudgeon into the firm as our representative for Berwickshire, north Northumberland and the Scottish Borders. A well-known figure in Berwick, he ran his own auction company at Ravensdowne in the town until retiring from this in 2004 and has over 50 years experience in the profession.
