Harrison, Liverpool: a handsome George III mahogany longcase clock, the brass dial with silvered roman chapter ring with inner date track, the centre of the dial with subsidiary seconds dial and decorative nameplate, with moon phase to the arch and inscription over ''The man is yet unborn who duly weighs an hour'', foliate spandrels, two train movement with anchor escapement, pull repeat lever, the case with floral swan neck pediment centred by pierced fret cornice, arched door flanked by fluted columns, the central section with blind fret panel above a shaped flame mahogany door, flanked by fluted quadrants, panel base, on ogee bracket feet, 95in. high, with weights and pendulum.
