An ornate Victorian table centrepiece, probably by Mackay, Cunningham & Co., Edinburgh 1876, with ornate receiver decorated caryatid (glass bowl missing), ornate baluster stem with acanthus leaf and anthemion decoration, flanked by two classical female figures, one holding a globe and compass (Astronomy), the other with flaming staff, on spreading oval shaped base decorated mask, ribbon, foliate and bird design, with central inscription 'Presented James A. Cameron of Firhall... Nairn, May 1878', 17 3/4in. (45cms), 92oz. See illustration
