A George IV lidded tankard, by Rebecca Emes & Edward Barnard, London 1822, the domed cover with floral thumbpiece and acanthus decoration, the tapering body with two bands of vines and grapes, scrolling acanthus capped handle and lotus leaf pattern base rim, all embossing possibly later, 7 1/2in. (19cms) high, 31.4oz.
