Martin Sharp (Australian b.1942-) ''FLOAT'' signed, inscribed and dated 1969 colour silkscreen on acetate sandwiched between two sheets of glass 99 x 75cms; 39 x 29 1/2in. NB Martin Sharp is an Australian artist, underground cartoonist, album cover designer, song writer and film-maker. Along with Richard Neville and Richard Walsh, editors of Oz magazine, he was convicted, sentenced to prison, and subsequently acquitted on appeal for printing an obscene publication during the controversial so-called ''Oz Three'' trials.
