A WW2 Enfield Bren .303 cal. light machine gun, with aluminium fore barrel, hinged bipod stand, turned wooden handle, the barrel end with cancelled maker's marks, model and date 1942 under magazine housing, ratchet back sight, stamped ''U3760'', terminating in stained wood butt with metal mounts and cap, 45in. (114cms) long. NOTE With deactivation certificate from the Birmingham Barrel Gun Proof House, dated 12.9.1995, DA68023. See illustration
