British School A portrait of a 17th Century General wearing a full-bottomed wig and a cuirass, thought to be the Jacobite Tom Foster, oil on canvas, 75 x 61cms; 29 1/2 x 24in. PROVENANCE Sir Percy Lorraine Collection, Kirkharle, Northumberland, on loan to the Guild Hall, Newcastle.
