SALE DAY AND SUBSEQUENT REMOVAL OF PURCHASED LOTS

If you’re intending to bid live online for items, please register prior to the auction on ‘A & G live’ (2% surcharge) or www.the-saleroom.com (6% surcharge). Please also see our conditions of sale for other conditions applicable to bidders and buyers.

On sale day, successful bidders attending the auction in person can pay and collect on the day. Successful online bidders can also collect on sale day by prior arrangement until 5pm. Payments can be made by card or bank transfer. We do not accept card payments over the telephone.

On the days following the sale, payments can be made by card via our website, by bank transfer or in person at our Newcastle Office.

All lots shall be collected from 1a, Dukesway Court by Friday 3rd July. Items remaining after this date will be removed to store and will accrue the following release charges:

 

For standard items

Removal £15 (+ Vat) per lot

Warehouse handling fee £15 + Vat per lot

Storage fee of £2(+ Vat) per lot, per day.

For the specialist/non-standard items (Gym equipment / Racing Car / Chandeliers / Fruit Machines)

Removal £50 ( + Vat) per lot

warehouse handling fee £50 (+ Vat) per lot

Storage £5 (+Vat) per lot, per day.
