The Books Auction
We are pleased to present our Books Auction, comprising an impressive selection of first editions, Folio Society editions, 19th Century literature, 17th and 18th philosophy, and much more.
Some of the highlights include: an incredibly rare copy of The Lawes Resolutions of Women’s Rights: or the Lawes Provision for Women, printed in 1632; a set of twelve Folio Society Fairy Books, including the very sought after Orange Fairy Book; Edmund Spencer’s Minor Poems, by The Ashendene Press, 1925; four volumes of the Doomsday Book, commissioned by George III; and Charles Darwin’s The Variation of Animal and Plants Under Domestication.
