As the leading auction house in the North of England and the Scottish Borders, Anderson & Garland are pleased to present the exceptional Graham Smith Antiques Retirement Auction. Graham is a valued client and friend who has decided to retire after an illustrious 52-year career in the antiques trade, and he has trusted us to find new homes for these treasured pieces. Of which, most items are in showroom condition and for sale without reserve.
His journey began in 1973, with 27 remarkable years at Owen Humble Antiques in Jesmond and Throckley House, Newcastle. For the past 25 years, Graham has successfully operated independently, first from Fern Avenue, Jesmond and, most recently, from his premises in the charming Northumbrian Village of Horsley.
For convenience we have transported the collection from there to Anderson House for sale.
We invite you to browse this unique collection and find something that resonates with you, as much as these items have with their owner.
