A good array of military artifacts for most budding and experienced collectors. It includes a great selection of deactivated rifles and machine guns, topped by a WWII Vickers 303 with cases and accoutrements galore. In the bladed weapons, apart from the standard pattern swords and bayonets, there is a rare mid-18th Century American silver hilted smallsword that would take pride in anyone's collection. The cap badge collection, being over 200 lots strong, covers most British, and many other, regiments, with some great rarities quarrelled away in there. My personal favourite, however, must be the nurse's cape, lot 303, which is stitched with the cloth badges of the regiments whose members she has attended. A real piece of history.
