Traditional & Decorative Art Auction
Our March Traditional & Decorative Art Auction has a superb selection of oils, watercolours, drawings and prints to cater for all tastes. Many local North East artists are represented such as Ronald Lambert Moore, Charlie Rogers, Bernard Benedict Hemy and both Thomas Miles Richardson Snr. and Jnr.
The Staithes group is also represented with a lovely portrait by Albert George Stevens of a lady reading, plus a Lionel Townsend Crawshaw watercolour of a Kingfisher set on a punt.
Finally, for the animal lovers out there, we have depictions of dogs, kittens, chickens, ducks, cows, sheep and more. A highlight of this section being four pencil drawings by Newcastle based artist James Alder.
