† A mid 18th Century walnut bureau with a rectangular crossbanded fall-flap opening to reveal a fitted interior of pigeonholes and short drawers, four long graduated drawers below fitted brass loop handles and lock escutcheons, raised on bracket feet, 36 x 39 1/2 in. high; together with an associated bookcase top, the broken arch pediment and turned finials above a pair of astragal doors enclosing adjustable shelves, all raised on bracket feet, 39 x 48in. high.
