Gareth is a proven business development specialist with a distinguished and multi award-winning career in property spanning two decades. During this time he established two estate agency firms, County Homes and Red Hot Property, developed dominant market share and won several prestigious industry awards for his creative and stand-out achievements.

He has worked across a wide geographical area, having personal involvement with a diverse client base and a broad range of property styles, locations and values.

Gareth is naturally very client focused, innovative and forward thinking. He has a depth of knowledge in land and property matters, covering both residential and commercial sales, auctions and lettings. He is also experienced in Business Transfers and is always delighted to assist in specific confidential sales for clients.

He studied Economics & Business at University and is also qualified via the NAEA for estate agency work and via NAVA for auction practices.

Gareth carries huge drive and energy and enjoys the opportunity to develop efficient and effective business platforms. His personal career highlights have included a variety of business development activities, creative marketing campaigns, features within television-based property programmes and sponsorship involvement with community-based organisations.
