Book An Appointment


Select the appointment type you wish to book in the drop-down menu and the calendar will update to show available dates (shaded in blue) for that particular appointment type. Please use the notes box to give us some idea of what you will be bringing in. You will receive a confirmation email after booking your appointment.

Please note you need to have created and be signed into an A&G account use this feature (a quick and simple process).

Free face to face auction valuation appointments take place at our purpose-built salesroom in Newcastle upon Tyne. Valuations are by appointment only, available Monday- Friday each week and last for the duration of 30 min.

In addition to our general valuation service we hold specialist valuation day events regularly throughout the year. Dates for both services can be found using the drop down menu.

For your convenience, we are operating a 'Click and Collect' service for all items recently purchased at our auctions. Simply choose your preferred collection date and time from the drop-down menu.

Please note - all goods need to be paid for in full before booking this service.  

You can pay via our website (click here) or bank transfer (details are on the bottom of your invoice). We do not take card payments over the phone.  Also please note, when booking for 'Click & Collect', after you have chosen 'book now' please can you include your invoice number in the 'notes' to assist our team.

When arriving for a click & collect appointments for Homes & Interiors please go to the first set of shutters at the side of the building. For click & collect for Fine Art and specialist auctions please go to reception. Please ring the bell. One of our friendly team will deliver you your items.
