Online Valuation Service

The first step to selling your item at auctions is to receive a free valuation from one of our specialists. Once you have received your auction estimate, and if you are happy with it, our staff will help you to consign your item to the next appropriate auction.

The easiest way to receive your estimate is to complete our online valuation form below, with accompanying photographs, and as much detail as possible, including any previous valuations (where available). Online valuations typically take 3-5 working days. We would rather reply with accuracy than speed.

If you are looking to clear house contents, please contact us and we can arrange a home visit.

If you need any additional support, are looking for a house clearance or you have already had your item valued and wish to consign, please telephone 0191 430 3000. We can also consign via the carrier of your choice, please ask them to call us with their approximate time of arrival, or by post. 

 Please note a maximum of 10 images can be submited per valuation form. Each image must be no larger than 6MB in size

Sell in three simple steps

 

1, Receive a free auction valuation from one of our experts. We will review your item and decide if it is suitable for auction. If it is, you will be given a free pre-sale estimate.

 

2, If you’re happy with the free valuation and wish to proceed to sale, the valuer will provide sale information, explain the fee structure and provide information on how you should transport your item to our saleroom.

 

3, Once we receive your item you will be issued with presale advice, clarifying the auction details. Your item will be photographed, catalogued and marketed to a worldwide audience. You can enjoy the thrill of the auction by watching live online or in person on the day.
