A fine carved dove-grey marble fountain, 18th Century, the circular basin above vine pattern stem adorned by two Baccantes picking grapes and two goats, swans and shells to tri-form base indistinctly signed Avery and dated 1711, approximately 40in. (102cms) high. PROVENANCE Purchased from T. Crowther & Son, April 1983.
