A collection of jewellery, to include: a banded agate, diamond and gold brooch, c.1870, the oval banded agate inset with a rose cut diamond in star surmount within an elaborate scrollwork gold mount, with brooch pin fitting suspending a tapering gold mount inset with an oval banded agate plaque with similar diamond setting and scrollwork detail, 6.7cms long, the lower section with locket reverse set with plaited hair; together with an enamel, gold, pearl and diamond mourning brooch, the oval brooch with forget-me-not flowers set with rose cut diamonds and half pearls above a domed mount and outer scroll and floral work detail, locket reverse set with plaited hair and brooch pin fitting, 4.2cms wide; and an agate and gold brooch, c.1870, the oval white agate plaque within a moulded floral gold mount, later brooch pin fitting, 3cms wide.
