19th Century Anglo-Italian School A PORTRAIT OF THE STEAMSHIP PAREORA IN THE BAY OF NAPLES inscribed with title gouache 39.5 x 67.5cms; 15 1/2 x 26 1/2in., unframed. NB The SS Pareora was built for the New Zealand Shipping Company and carried zinc concentrates and mineral ores between 1924 and 1933. She was the third ship to bear this name.
