Harry Goodwin (1840-1925) ''THE LANGDALE PIKES FROM ESK-HAWSE'' signed with monogram and dated 1883; signed and inscribed with title and Artist's address ''Park Farm, Skelwith Bridge'' on a label verso watercolour 22,5 x 32.5cms; 9 x 12 3/4in. NB Goodwin exhibited in London, at the Suffolk Street Galleries, The Royal Academy and the Royal Institute of Painters in Watercolour. Most of his subject matter was lake and fells, although he also showed letter from the front at a Lake Artists Exhibition in 1917.
