W*** Robertson (19th Century) FOUR CHILDREN WALKING WITH THEIR DOG with inscription on a label verso oil on canvas laid on board 19.5 x 24.5cms; 7 1/2 x 9 3/4in. NB W. Robertson a painter and stained-glass artist, was born in Edinburgh around 1825-1830, subsequently resident in London. According to the label on the frames rear, the Artist painted this picture at the age of 17 whilst living in Edinburgh.
