A late 18th Century Creamware tankard, by Dawson & Co, Low Ford, Sunderland, transfer printed and hand-coloured an oval cartouche with a frigate in full sail, flaked by twin figures of 'Peace' and 'Plenty' and verse 'May Peace and Plenty on our Nation smile...', 6in. (15cms) high, some damage.
