Royal Worcester: a 'cloisonne' vase, possibly designed by Christopher Dresser, the yellow ground twin-handled moon flask hand- painted and gilded in the style of Chinese cloisonne, date code for 1876, 8in. (20cms) high. NB Documentary proof of a link between Dr. Christopher Dresser and Royal Worcester has yet to be found. This design is very similar to his work for Mintons and drawings exist in Royal Worcester's archive that look to be from Dresser's hand.
