A well carved Cantonese ivory card case, 19th Century, deeply cut with a view of a large plantation house beneath a scene of another house and figures, one shielded from the sun by a parasol, the verso showing a willow tree in a garden, beneath a man and his dog with two workers, the sides similarly well carved with figures, buildings, flowers and butterflies, 4 1/2in. (11.5cms) high.
