A Japanese shibayama inlaid horn vesta case, the book pattern case in pressed horn with signature to spine, inset bone panels to one side with a geisha wearing mother-of-pearl kimono, the other with flowers inlaid mother-of-pearl and coral, 6cms. high. NB Signature - first character Uchi, second character unconfirmed.
