A restored Cook's patent muzzle loading coil spring action air cane, with horn finial and recent black enamel finish, numbered 369 beside the valve striker pin guide, the brass ferule unscrewing to reveal the ramrod and rifled barrel, 36 1/2in. long overall; together with a pump, associated cocking key and bullet mould, contained in an adapted mahogany baize lined case.
